Does anyone know if a prostate biopsy could affect your BUN/Creatinine Ratio?

Has stage four prostrate cancer for nine years already but nerves has a biopsy, I emailing from the hospital now, he had a cancerous lymph node removed yesterday , they are sending out to get tested. Thought we would be going home today but not feeling quite up,to,it. Lots going on with him. Best wishes!!
