Xtandi and tiredness -- does taking it at bedtime help one feel less tiredness during the day?

Began taking Xtandi a few weeks ago. Tired afterward but I take it with lunch so it could partly be the effect of lunch. Just wondered if anyone took it at bedtime and if that helped relieve any tiredness during the daytime.

I always took it at night, for the very reason you mentioned, it worked for me , and I think I was also given that advice. I wish you the best response to xtandi

Greetings Ed, - I've been taking Xtandi for 3 years and the fatigue sucks. Had to quit work and go on disability after a year. 9 months into this treatment, I changed over from taking it in the morning to night and reduced (with the approval of my onc) from 4 to 3 pills. Both of them seemed to help a bit. And dropping to 3 pills did not change the efficacy for me. I also take ashwagandha- morning and night, which helps with a good sleep and helps with the fatigue. Cardio is also very important. I know it's very difficult, but it's very important. I take my pooch out daily for a walk and 3 or 4 days a week we head across the river and into the local hills for some up/down work. That helps a lot.

I switched to evening with xtandi after the first week. I don't take it too close to bedtime, I think it interferes with my sleep.

I changed to taking Xtandi before bedtime. I have much more energy during the day. I still take naps when I get tired or get a "brain fog."

I've been on Xtandi for about 3 years. No fatigue problems. I've been told to take it 2-3 hrs before and after meals, I believe so I take it when I get up for a pee break when sleeping. About 2 or 3 AM .
