I had my second Lu PSMA treatment on December 17. I was feeling nauseated whenever I ate afterwards. It seems to have become worse over time. As I am writing this, instead of feeling hunger pangs before lunch, I’m feeling very nauseated.
I’m wondering if anyone else that has received the treatment has had this problem, and what might be the cause.

Lu 177 PSMA may affect the small gut since the jejunum expresses PSMA. I believe some abdominal pain and nausea may happen after a couple of treatments.
Before lunch yesterday I had a feeling of nausea before lunch instead of hunger pangs. I have prilosec prescription strength that I hadn’t been taking. MO had prescribed to prevent problems from continuous ibuprofen use.
I took that before dinner snd the nausea feelings went away in the evening. Not sure the reason, but continuing for now.
Hope your nausea subsides.Ibuprofen has been my go to and my MO was aware of this.
My MO prescribed Celebrex at my suggestion. He subscribed generic Prilosec with it.
I was having adt or maybe from chemo arthritic symptoms (trigger finger etc.) which have cleared either from the Celebrex or on there own not sure.
You might be aware of this but a side finding from either the stampede or charter trial found Celebrex extended survival. Quite significant although I don't recall the numbers.
I still have to add Ibuprofen at times (hope no one gets on me for that) to quell occasional pain.
My nausea seems to have gone away with the prilosec. Such a relief, Today was a good day. Reminded me of how I felt before the starting all this. Planning a workout for the morning while I feel good.
I had trigger finger too. I think it lasted a couple of weeks and went away on it’s own.
