I have been on olaparib for 6 weeks,PSA gone way up fr 390 to 1040!!!! So will be stopping.I have moderate to severe bone pain in both hips and femurs. I want to start xofigo within the next two weeks,AND get SBRT for my hips/femurs. Can these be done concurrently ?

Did you have genetic testing prior to starting Olaparib to see if you had certain mutations where Olaparib is effective. I am sorry to hear of your bone pain.
