Had r/p 2009 PSA was less then 0.1 till 2012 .Then had PSA test and had a reading of 0.2. spring of 2012. My doctor sent me for 40 prostrate bed radiation treatments. My PSA has remained .02 and .03 for last 3 years. My PSA 2009 was 2.7 and gleason grade 3+4=7.

Salvage radiation after a single PSA increase of 0.1 to 0.2 seems like undue haste, so I went looking for a definition of biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy [BCR].
From a 2014 study [1] (that used 14 BCR definitions):
"A single PSA ≤0.1 ng/ml was associated with PSA progression in only 30-55% of patients but ranged from 18-25% to 73-88% for patients without and with adverse pathologic features, respectively."
"BCR definitions below currently accepted PSA thresholds appear to be valid for selecting patients with adverse clinicopathologic risk factors for secondary therapy."
Perhaps that was the case.
Example of a BCR definition [2]: "a PSA value of at least 0.4 ng/mL followed by another increase"

At this point you are good as your cancer seems to be stable. Enjoy life, but keep on top of your PSA tests.
