Hello! Has anyone tried the Effecto App for managing ADHD?

It seems like a low cost alternative to coaching, but I'm feeling alittle overwhelmed by the choices. :) My overthinker loves it but I'd like to move forward, know what I mean?

Thank you all for being here!

I looked into it, and nearly got it because the advertising made it sound great, but on Google play store it has a lot of really bad reviews (2.4 stars) and after reading a few of them I decided not to download it! Apparently they make it very difficult to cancel once you've started, and a lot of the reviews reckoned it was nothing more than a money grab designed to lure those of us that impulsively clutch at anything that sounds like it might help!!

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has actually found it helpful, but personally I decided not to go there!

Not what you're looking for?
