If you would like to be considered to participate in a 1-hour virtual interview on Barriers to Adult ADHD diagnosis, please complete the screening form below. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services contracted with the research firm, Mathematica, to conduct the study.

People who complete an interview will receive a $100 Amazon gift card in appreciation of their time.

We are interested in interviewing people who received a diagnosis of ADHD at age 25 or older to learn about your journey to diagnosis, including any challenges you may have faced to receiving a diagnosis of ADHD and how you overcame those challenges.

We are conducting interviews through June 21, so please complete the screener today. We will notify you within 1-2 days if you are eligible to participate.

Online screener: mathematica.questionprogov....
