ADHD Weekly -- Heading Off Seasonal Depression When You Have ADHD

Good article, but I would recommend spreading awareness of Seasonal Affective Disorder in October through January (in the Northern hemisphere).
This article says it has tips but it really only had one- to use a light therapy box; which I already do.
Hello again Slothwidget,Another tactic is moving your body. If you can get your heart rate up each day for 30 to 45 min. It has been shown to be as impactful as ADHD meds in some research.
It can be easier to incorporate into your day if you think of it as medication, not optional "do I want to?" type activity. You do it to take you medicine every day. And if you miss a day, that's OK, do it tomorrow. If 30 min is too much do 15 or 20. Whatever your can do it will be helpful.
Walking is fantastic as it incorporates lateral eye movements and bilateral body movements both good for mood & focus enhancement.
