I LOVE this!

My ADHD VA agency specifically focuses on each client's ADHD strengths in order to develop an effective strategy for handling whatever it is the client is trying to achieve, and I think it's really helped. Instead of focusing on the "deficits" (I dislike that word) and what we "should" be able to do, we focus on what already works for that person.

I believe I was able to build my ADHD VA agency specifically because I AM ADHD. I don't know that I would've had the drive, the focus, and the motivation to build a successful business if it weren't for my ADHD traits and strengths.

I just love what y'all focus on!
