I am new to Vyvanse. Do the capsules work differently than a tablet? Has anyone tried both and what was your experience?

I've not seen a tablet version but maybe it exists? My understanding of how Vyvanse is only activated after coming in contact with stomach acid had me guessing that it had to be in a capsule only but maybe for lower doses it can be a tablet? Sorry for not having a clearer answer

Haven’t heard of a tablet version myself either. Since they’re the same product they will break down the same in the digestive system still I’d imagine, as this is one of the main differences when compared to other formulas. However a few people empty their Vyvanse into a bottle of water if they want some now and some later or a steady intake over a few hours. So however it comes it should just work the same in my opinion. Let us know here if you do find any info that makes it different in anyway, but I’d be very surprised if that was the case

Hello! I must echo the other responses. I don’t know if there is a tablet version?

I’m on the max dose-70mg now. I had all the lesser amount of msg on my way to 70mgs and they were all capsules. Good luck in finding your answer and let us know. Thanks for posting.
