I definitely understand where you are coming from. I've been stagnant my entire life. I have made some accomplishments, but I know I can do better. You have to explore different options and connect your natural talent to something you can get paid for.

hey moon, sorry to hear you are feeling down. But I may have a remedy for you which I will give at the end. Try to not compare your past to some perfect ideal. Life happens. Trees would be taller if they had more light, better soil etc, but they are as tall as they are because of where they are. It just is. When you have shame and guilt, it sounds silly, but try gratitude. What are you grateful about your situation, the time you took, etc.? When you think of that plus the 50 years you have ahead of you there is nothing to be ashamed or guilty about.
