Anyone have a dual diagnosis of ASD/ADHD?

Good morning!

I am recently dual-diagnosed with both autism and ADHD at age 49. Looking to connect with and hear others stories!

These diagnoses have shed light on my life and helped me understand myself. I have had YEARS of therapy trying to figure out what is “wrong” with me. I am smart and have tried to cognitively sort it out. Nothing has ever felt more right than finally figuring out the ADHD/ASD piece.

Have a wonderful day!

Look up the newer term “2e” Twice Exceptional. There are schools now being formed to educate this unique learner, of which there are many.
