Newcomer seeks to connect with local Nor Cal CHADD chapter

I live in Larkspur, CA with my wife and 10 year old son. It wasn't until I was 27 that I was diagnosed with ADHD, and it took me another 30 years before I began to finally take ownership of it.

Time management and executive function skills remain a challenge for me, but I'm determined to improve in these areas. I want to connect with the local CHADD chapter in my community at the earliest opportunity and participate as much as I possibly can. If anyone can point me to local CHADD contacts in the area I would be most grateful!

The official affiliate groups are listed on the CHADD website. I think I recognize a lot of chapters in northern California in that list, but I'm sure you'll have a better idea where they all are in relation to you.

(I grew up in SoCal, by then moved out of state almost 20 years ago.)
