Get diagnosed by a doctor that treats ADHD.
Hi, Alicia. If you don't have a health care provider who can help you, or enough income or insurance right now, try a federal community health center. They have therapists and prescriber or can refer you to another place. Costs are based on your income -- sometimes no charge. Good luck!
