hi, does anyone have any advise here. Conflicted if j should keep taking medicine while I’m having trouble functioning without it and also just need major support working through this and ideally be able to be ok without it. Everything feels so so hard and just impossible to keep up without it. I feel like I need to start over and figure out how to work again….Any tips would help. Thanks.

pregnant with ADHD and coping
I saved your post. I hope you find the answer. Ive been curious about this too! <3
This might be bad advice to some people that don't know what it's like. My doctor had me continue my Adderall and I was talking 4 30mg per day, he knocked me down to 3. And because I was losing weight because I couldn't keep anything down, he suggested marijuana for appetite since it's natural vs. all of these pills. But that's just my story. If you'd like to know anymore, please message me.
Dakota, I am wondering how your baby is doing while on medication. I’ve knocked myself to half the dosage otherwise i would never make it through this pregnancy. Are they checking in on health of baby every few weeks? Any advice you can give me? I am not one of those people that can just stop taking my meds bc I really need to be in them, for everyone’s sake…I’m 7 weeks pregnant and already have a strong heart beat. Wondering how far you are and if you’ve made any other changes to your lifestyle? And marijuana? Did they say that was safe? Just curious, not judging.
hellodolly234 curious as to what you decided to do about your meds in pregnancy? I’m 7 weeks and as soon as I found out I stopped my meds immediately but I couldn’t take it for more than a week. I felt like I was on my death bed, pain all over and my mood, oh gosh…I’ve talked to my doctor and they are going to monitor me and baby throughout and keep me in half my dose, if they start to see any problems they are going to want me to discontinue immediately.
Wondering what you decided to do and how you are coping during pregnancy . Talk soon!
