I am in Korea trying to get ADHD medicine here

Can I get to be diagnosed online and get a written doctor's note?

I found ADHDonline.com and that seems helpful for me.

I don't need a prescription I just need a document that includes a diagnosis from a doctor so I can bring the document to a Korean doctor here in Korea.
