Hi, thank you so much for all the replies. I am so sick of medication and would like to try some sort of 'therapy' for my ADD/ADHD/OCD/DEPRESSION. I'm guessing they all go 'hand-in-hand'..so to speak. UGH! I"m ALWAYS depressed and crying. This is so NOT me! I hate it. :)

Some of the side effects of medications for ADHD can cause anxiety and/or depression or make it worse. Unfortunately, it can take quite a while for some patients to find the right medication(s) and dosage(s). Hang In There

Hiya patsey,I like your most recent post.I personally hate taking extra meds as the blessed lady mentioned.I like your new way of thinking in trying to aid yourself via wellbeing type sites.I think for starters if anyone can calm their mind via insight timer or similar where the amount of free stuff you can access to help with the whole complex subject of mental health.Keep looking for what you need, there's plenty out there if you keep digging.Good luck in your search for better health in gen patsey.
