Day 2 of trying medication for my ADHD.

So far the only symptoms from the meds that I've noticed are that about 40mins after my morning pill, the top of my hands feel cold haha surely someone else out there has felt this?

My general ADHD qualities seem not too affected so far, might still be too early. I did lose about 6hrs yesterday hyper focusing on a new musical synthesiser my friends bought me for my birthday. It was pretty complicated to learn how it works and took so long for me to get it to make something that sounds like music.

Also house is still a mess from my party on Friday haha to be honest I was kinda waiting/hoping/wishing that the medication would clean it up for me somehow.

Thanks for reading have a ripper day out there today folks 😐🤙

Note: Pic is of my new synth, the smiley face aesthetic is my fave thing about it

40% of people taking Adderall and similar stimulants develop Raynaud's. It has an effect that constricts the fine blood vessels in your hands and feet causing them to feel cold and turn white. I have to stop Adderall after about a year because of this and try medications that don't cause that effect.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... a bit dense...but has the info. Just do a search on Raynaud's & Adderall and you'll find several scientific studies.
