Online support for ADHD

Is there an online support group for adults with ADHD? Like live group chats.

I found a bunch of different support groups in the link below. Unfortunately there's a membership fee ($5/month or $50/year). I haven't found any yet that are free. If you find one or someone here provides one, I'd love to join!

With video services having free options, such as Zoom meetings under 45 minutes for less than a certain number of participants (20?)... you could host your own. Some people on another forum I frequently sign onto did that a couple of times.

Good afternoon.

I am hoping your day and your head space is ok.

I was reading and wanted to request being included in the zoom ADHD chat meeting if their is going to be one.

I have noticed that just being in a community and being open about what's going on could be helpful as I never have been able to talk, listen or read about others having same challenges.
