Shared time management tool

Does anyone know a good app, other than Google, to share an agenda, projects, timetables, any sort of tool that could allow us to work together and for me to act as something like a "coach" for time management purposes?

How does Trello work for time management? I love the boards but didn't see a time tracking or coaching element. Will look at it again. I use the mobile app. Thanks!

It’s great for time management! It allows you to easily divide up larger projects into smaller chunks that you can assign to different members of a group (or just for yourself) as well as make checklists for each step of the project so you have a visual reminder of all the details which can also be ordered by level of importance. Plus, you can assign start and due dates, which helps with prioritizing tasks/to do lists and creating that sense of pressure many of us with ADHD require in order to actually get stuff done.

As for managing smaller chunks of time, I personally use timers and alarms. Alarms are helpful for me because I *have* to respond to them by either turning them off or hitting snooze until I actually to the thing the alarm was reminding me about (ie taking my meds).

I just use a regular timer when I’m working in pomodoros; otherwise, I’m liable to sit in front of my computer for hours in end without getting up to move my body, use the bathroom, remember to eat etc 🙈 But there are several versions of pomodoro, focus timers, visual timers and multi-timer timers, which are really popular with ADHD folks. I think you just have to figure out for yourself which method resonates with you (or if you’re like me, change it all up every so often so you don’t get too bored with it and abandon your efforts altogether!).

I'm looking for something we could use my ADHD partner and I to work in synchronization so that I can double her in whatever she is doing and help her to keep track. I don't know if I explained myself - hope so.
