Prior to Covid19, for decades i Sometimes feel i am running out of breath. I often saw my blood Oxygen level is below 95% or around 90%. Is it related to my ADD or anything else?

This problem rise not always but sometimes. May be it is related to humidity and after drinking more than a cup of coffee.

I have had moments where I forget to breath and stuff like that but it doesn’t actually effect my O2 level. This sounds more serious and I would recommend bringing it up with your dr. It’s possible you should have your heart checked.

Hope this helps.

NO NO- I am health care professional an no it is not related to ADHD- but chronic anxiety may exaccerbate some underlying medical condition. First see your primary MD- get complete work up including EKG- stress test, blood profile, Spirometry ( breathing test) chest x-ray . to rule out any under;lying medical issue. And make sure you are seeing a theapist as well as Psychiatrist for ADHD
