Anybody who takes an ssri along with amphetamine, do you notice a difference depending on which ssri?

I'm specifically referring to Paxil and Prozac vs the rest..the referenced "P" ssris are known to block cytochrome p450 substrate cyp2d6, which is the enzyme responsible for metabolizing adderall. Has anybody alternated between adderall with prozac/Paxil vs adderall with another ssri? It happened to me years ago where I didn't feel the therapeutic effect of adderall as consistently some days, suddenly followed by days where it worked too well. It took months, but ended up causing me psychosis, which went away as soon as I switched to Lexapro. However, the adderall would not last as long, causing me great frustration, because with the Paxil/Prozac combo an IR dose all of a sudden became an xr. What have been your guys' experiences?

How did you get on with figuring this out? Did you end up switching either of the meds, or did you adjust when you take them etc?

I'm currently on 45mg of Mirtazapine at night, 27mg Concerta XR in the morning, and in the process of trying out a supplement of 5mg instant release Methlphenidate at night. I'm considering going back to an ssri in place of the Mirtazapine, but that would mean figuring out when to take it and which works without interrupting too much, the delivery of the ADHD meds.
