Does anyone know of a good place fore like ADHD classes? I want to learn more about coping with ADHD and also learn how to be more normal

King’s College London apparently do a free online course - ‘Understanding ADHD: Current Research and Practice’ - for people with ADHD, if that’s of any interestI haven’t actually done it myself yet but have seen it recommended by others
