May I ask what dosage and how long you have been on this med?
It could be that your dosage is too high or not right for you.
Get in touch with your medication prescriber .
If you just started Concerta then you are likely to feel those side effects does occur or maybe it's a wrong dosage, there are a lot of factors causing you that, ask yourself are you eating properly? or are you sleeping well? because I feel exhausted when I don't sleep properly also I have a head-splitting headache when I don't sleep properly, when I don't eat properly I go through depression and fatigue and even my psychiatrist also said to eat food and have your medication so that I have a boost of nutrition and have less side effect as well as hydrate well because that also decrease the feeling of less concentration because your brain needs water to function properly if you are feeling nauseous I personally had chewing gum for focusing and removing that nauseous feeling because of my new dosage as it takes about a week for your body to get used to the medication. I do this personally, but please talk with your practitioner for more useful advice as she will know more about your medical history.
