Let me hear experiences youve had with combining medication and the effectiveness as well as additional side effects from combining them.

I took Ritalin in grade school. Didn’t believe that I was effected by ADHD and had a natural interest in stimulants, just caffeine which has a similar parabolic response as prescription stimulants. I can drink caffeine at night before bed, no sleep disturbance. The bottom line for me is that prescription stimulants even out my thinking, helps with focus, helps me get boring stuff done, I can speak and think on a higher level. One cocktail could be to take a stimulant, anti-anxiety as needed and an antidepressant. These three are the ones I know of that address different aspects of ADHD. I have used them all on and off as needed.
