Not sure what kind of therapy you are looking to do. I was looking for more adhd coaching (practical strategies for overcoming issues with organization, time management etc) and I saw Laura Muggli a few times (she’s located in nyc). She was helpful and likely does this virtually now. After a few sessions she moved offices farther away and I switched to someone local. I can’t speak to anything other than her “coaching” but might be worth it to check her out. lauramuggli.com/adhd-psycho...
