Last night apologies.

Last night I went off on someone I just like to apologize for my words and to the adhd_dad

Sorry for my bad choices of words. It’s another day. A new day. I won’t dwell but will be careful with my choices of words and actions. My adhd kicked in. I assume those posts got removed. I want to be positive with people. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. The best part of this is learning from my mistakes and making sure it doesn’t happen again.

Recognizing a mistake and sincerely apologize is something to be proud of 👏 it can also make a big difference for the person those words were directed to. I'm bad at being humble 😔 narcissistic tendencies I guess... My father taught me well 😅 probably that's why I really admire when someone can recognize and admit mistakes. I'm like AWE!

Hi this is Shnookie. U R very brave as to admitting what U said and the remorse that U have from making those remarks. It’s difficult at times with the impulsivity that comes with ADHD. Have U learned

Cognitive Behavior therapy. It is very help

Hugs 🤗 M
