Vyvanse definitely made my anxiety worse. It also made me easily angered. However, it did help me concentrate. I don't know about Intuniv.

I had the exact same symptoms as you. I wonder if we combined it with a blood pressure medicine if it would balance that anxiety and anger. Because yes its amazing for concentration. I read of doctors combining those two meds before for those who are sensitive to stimulants. Just wondering if anyone has been on the cocktail of both.

When I started my journey with medications, Vyvanse is the one I decided to stick with. The reason to this is because after going through Adderall-Ritalin-concerta- Vyvanse is the medication that personally didn’t make me feel anxious and it truly help me focus. Addreall made me somewhat shaky and the other made me feel super tired! Adderall also gave me lots of neck pain and tingling sensation, truly didn’t like that!

Hello from Germany, 🙃 my son takes Vyvanse50/ 40mg since about 2 years and startet with Intuniv about 5 Weeks ago. These two drugs work fantastic. No more rebounds - no more agressivnes.

The beginning wasn't that easy. He startet with 1mg Intuniv and was really tired. After one week we continued with 2mg and in the third week up to 3 mg. 1mg in the morning and 2mg in the afternoon. By now he isn't tired anymore. In the weekends we dropped Vyvanse and he is doing fine with Intuniv only.

This week forCorona homeschooling he only took 30mg of Vyvanse und the 3mg of Intuniv.

When school starts again, we maybe give it a try without intuniv...we´ll see...

😅
