I’ve been dealing with depression all my life. I also developed a addiction for stimulants. I recently reached out for help and learned a great deal. Moving in with my treatment I have been diagnosed with adhd. I have learned that my thought process was all over the place. I started to learn about not to think back and not to look forward to bring anxiety. I learned to set boundaries and most importantly thought stopping which creates anxiety, stress and then it leads into depression. The confusion that I brought to myself was torture. It caused me to make bad decisions. That lead to regret. The circle of bad thoughts, with never a good ending. Gratitude is what I’m learning to do. We are all in this together. We have a forum to express. It’s such a beautiful thing. Let’s all start with positive thoughts. We all have the negative feelings. That’s one thing in common we all have. How can bring positive thoughts for each other. How can we contribute to each other’s positive steps to a happier life. We all need to express some thought. Let’s all help each other. Times are challenging but we have to be great full right now. We have this to let out our negative thoughts. How can we can we all make a positive with these negative thoughts we all share. Let’s show our gratitude in the ability to express the never ending negativity. One thing we all have in common is we want happier days to come.
