Hi! Thanks for your reply! I have anxiety as a comorbidity so I know how it feels!
I haven't tried much as I really don't know where to start! My symptoms have been evident since I was young, so it is hard to know what is my normal and what isn't. Unfortunately, I've grown up thinking this is how life will be forever.
Could you give me some more information about DBT?
Welcome! I wasn’t formally diagnosed until I turned 31 and treatment has been life changing for me. I have had to learn a lot about different treatment options and what works best for me. Just know you’re not alone on your journey!
Check out "how to adhd" on youtube. Girl who was diagnosed really young, but has a load of awesome content to help. Also, when it comes to scheduling, look into bullet journaling. Actually she ^ has a great video.
