I've never really been apart of an online community before, especially one that emphasizes something I typically keep to myself, but I am excited to learn more about my ADHD and ways to manage it. I have only ever used medication off and on over the years, and assumed that was all to managing my symptoms. However, recently I have been introduced to the many symptoms that follow ADHD that aren't talked about as much (emotional dysregulation, social development etc.), and it has made me realize how much I have been neglecting myself. I am hoping that by connecting with others, I might gain a better understanding of my own ADHD as well as better ways to manage the symptoms. Thanks for reading!
