I may have cyclothymia. Dr. Gave me oxycarbazepine. For 2-3 days I felt great and in control. Last few nights I have been staying up working on dumb things and sleeping in. Woke up late and 5 hrs got away from me. When I do this I feel anxious and know its bad and can’t pull myself away.

Ok so found out I dropped my anxiety pill when I was taking my meds last night. So I had a bunch of anxiety.
