As we know, with every medication that is taken for the treatment of ADHD, some of the side effects comes along if meds not taken properly. So how could these side effects be minimized?

I think that it largely depends on what side effects you're experiencing, and how they impact you. In my case, knowing that I have trouble sleeping if I take my adderall after a certain time means that I have a cutoff for myself. If I miss a day. It's better than missing sleep. But your body and your side effects will be fairly unique to your situation, so establishing patterns and paying attention to your body's responses is a good idea.

Thanks for the explanation. Yes, I agree with you on this that it totally depends on each individual on how their body responds to the meds.
