I often lose my keys. I lose things. I am interested in maths but while doing maths i daydreaming. I have hyper focus while reading interested articles.

I'm on Vyvanse. It can sometimes help. Usually in the day when it's working. But after it wears off I go back to my forgetful ways. And even on the medication I still get distracted, forget where I was in things, or forget objects. So, bottom line, I've noticed some improvement when the medication is in my system, but I still struggle. I still have to use skills I've learned and used in the past.

Absolutely! 5mgs of Adderall helps. 20 mgs 3xs a day, and I forget almost nothing of memories deemed as being of productive quality. Plus, emotional detachment is fixed in a manner that doesn't accompany an overly emotional traumatic like anxiety response.
