Hello, i am diagnosed 6 months now and live in Gloucester , i have been using my own various strategies and txtbooks to deal with my adhd since my diagnosis and am aware that the support out there is paltry as far as the authorities go which is frustrating because i understand how beneficial it can be to share. I'm putting this post out in the faint hope that there may be others like me out there who live in this area-ish and who might be into meeting to talk. Thanks.
