Finding Self Help through Books On ADHD

Hi, I haven't posted a question in a few weeks. I am reading,( or trying to read) this book on ADHD on the job. Usually, I am able to hyperfocus on books about ADHD. This one I am having trouble concentrating. This is my only day off, and I would like to read it' but it isn't working. Thanks.

Recently diagnosed my self @53. Reading "Thriving with Adult ADHD" the 30 plus pages I have plowed through so far have been helpful. Sections are short and digestible. I would recommend it and I would buy it again over others I have looked at.
