Have you been told that the doctor can't send your stimulant prescription directly to the pharmacy? We took a look at electronic prescriptions and what the law actually says.

A major reason for eprescribe is to make it harder for someone to abuse the system. Doctor shopping to get extra prescriptions for the same thing can readily detected, for instance. As I understand it, eprescribe is mandatory in NY with few exceptions in an effort to reduce abuse, so the idea of another state blocking it is absurd.
