You do not have to eat anything special and you do not have to stop eating anything. I will be asking you to change the timing of when you eat certain items. Also, during this 3 week study, you will be submitting a short symptom check about an hour after each meal so that I can discern if the timing of when you eat certain items adds or subtracts from symptoms. The whole thing is done online, so you can live anywhere in the world. If you are interested, send me a note to SJackson@Saybrook.edu.
