Check For ADHD Support Groups Locally. There are a few really good ADHD groups on Facebook. Stick with the bigger ones. Call local hospitals and community centers to see if they have meetings of a group. You are looking for a Life Coach or an ADHD Coach. I've never heard of an EF Coach. There are many good ADHD resources online. You might find a coach online too.. Good Luck.
