Sometimes I just enjoy fidgeting and making noises! These large hematite magnets, called "Rattlesnake Eggs" are great for such occasions. When held slightly apart in you hand by your fingers and tossed into the air, they 'rattle' as they snap back together.

Those are cool. I have a little block that I use with buttons and switches on it. Keeps me from biting my nails too.

I think the noise from those would drive me crazy. But good for you that you found something that works for you.
My wife...she hated my crinkle tubes. Those things are great--super obnoxious!
