i have been having problems for a long long time now but just now i got diagnosed with ADHD and finally everything makes sense! ... but my biggest problems is binge eating in the night while i am asleep i wake up eat and go back to sleep does anyone have this problem ?and do u have a suggestion for a solution !

Yes i have encountered same situation multiple times , i used to do it with coke and candies .

It you used to feel horrible in morning but satisfactory during sleep.

Aftet my medication have started my cravings have gone pretty low and definitely exercising helps a lot . I exercise 2-3 hours daily and it takes a lot to create good habbits.

True they are effective and i start to enjoy once i am into creating habbit loop

my problem is that i wake in the middle of the night and i binge i donno how to control that

I do this too. What helps is being tired enough to sleep through the night. Sometimes I fight sleep for about an hour to make sure once I'm out, I stay that way. Also I stopped sweets right before bed and that helped a bit. I use to regularly wake up sitting on the couch with a bunch of wrappers around me

My bingeing starts immeeeeediately after lunch all the way until dinner. This is when I put a lot of pressure on myself for "needing to get things done" and this is the way I deal. Not good! Do you have any thoughts that may trigger you to want to binge or are you on autopilot with your mind being blank?
