Greetings Pariah78. I just joined (please forgive my newbie enthusiasm) and look forward to finding fellowship and guidance here. When you say you need help and new friends, I’m guessing that you’re feeling bad about the responses of people around you. In terms of help, please try to laugh at your own foibles. After all, you ARE lovable, right? Look at that person in the mirror and commit to self love first! You may be having problems coping with your life (Pretty crazy times we're living in and it doesn't look like simplicity is on the table in the near future...). Try not to think of yourself as bad or broken. If possible, try to set some time aside to focus on things you feel passionate about. YOU are worth it!!! In the worst moments try: Good air in (deep breath in) and Bad air out (slow breath out). Repeat and keep at it! This increases oxygen in your brain which helps you think and problem solve. Meditation practice uses focus only on breathing as well. Breathing can be really calming when you are feeling your worst. Hang in there!
