No matter what I try/tried, nothing works, I get white heads on my chin, my skin is oily yet dry, with noticable skin blemishes. Ugh. What to do?

Im exactly the same but also have a couple on my forehead and just below my cheek bones. My dermatologist has put me on Differin gel 0.1% and its drying on top and at the sides of my nose out badly and isnt doing anything for the rest of my oily face. Its also giving me dry eyes which isnt pleasant. Im due to go back to see her in june and have been on this gel for 2/3months now without any support from the dermatologist. I called and left messages for her to call me back & she couldnt even be bothered to even though i said i urgently needed to speak to her.

Shes requested i have bloods taken b4 going back to see her and gave me info on Roaccutaine so im assuming thats what shes going to put me on.

Im just so done with having manky greesy skin that hurts and cant wait for it to be back to how it used to be before i got this but im also scared of the roaccutaine as i heard that it makes your acne worse before it gets better and the side effects are proper nasty
