A friend of mine (also with a son with AudADHD) recommended this young adult book to me and it is so insightful in regards to how our children exist in this world. I’m going to have my son read it too. It’s called 54 things wrong with Gwendolyn Rodger’s by Caela Carter.
I also just finished ADHD is awesome by Penn Holderness and found it to be super insightful and offered some great tips for caregivers/loved ones of people with ADHD.
Knowledge and compassion are superpowers when raising a neurodiverse child!
