I know the month is more than half over, but I thought I should mention this.
Take a look around online. You might find a bit more ADHD resources than you normally would.

I get regular emails from understood. They’ve been reminding me regularly. Today’s talked specifically about girls with ADHD in school.
I just found out that my daughter's teacher sent a note home (to her mom's house) a week ago that she has been distracted in class.* She has definitely been displaying some Inattentive traits that I've been noticing regularly... mostly distractibility and working memory issues.
I'll check out what Understood.org, CHADD, and AdditideMag.com say about ADHD in girls. I am 80-90% sure that my daughter has it, too.
• My eldest daughter's doctor suggested that she might have ADHD, but she hasn't gotten evaluated yet. (In hindsight, she definitely seemed to have Hyperactive-Impulsive traits as, especially as a kid.)
• I am 100% sure my older son has Inattentive ADHD...he's just like me! But since he's an adult , it's on him to get evaluated.
• My younger son seems to have milder ADHD traits, maybe not prominent enough to be diagnosed, but he has as much emotional reactivity as many kids with moderate to severe ADHD.
*( Mamamichl I'll message you with more details about that)
This month is great for finding new and old resources. I have a weekly blog and newsletter related to ADHD and it's been full of October is ADHD Awareness Month!
