Online Survey for Black and/or Latina/é/o teens with ADHD

Hello Everyone! We are a research lab focusing on ADHD that’s directed by Dr. Zoe Smith at Loyola University Chicago. We are dedicated towards focusing our efforts for teens that identify as Black and/or Latina/é/o.

We currently have a project that is online only for anyone to take that is between the ages of 13-17, are Black and/or Latina/é/o, and suspect they have or have been previously diagnosed with ADHD. If you know or have a teen that fits eligilbity, please encourage them to complete this online survey!

Survey information: Examination of ADHD, SCT, trauma, and healing experiences for Black and Latine teens - CHADD

This survey is about 1 hours long (with the ability to save and come back later) and will have 12 follow-ups sent out to anyone that would like to participate in the raffle. Each follow-up survey completed adds their names again into the raffle!
