Parent of teen with ADHD need support

hello, new here. Need to find a support group and/ or other parents of high school teens with ADHD. My daughter is 15 and is really struggling.

welcome! I know there is a facebook parenting group (but it’s not quite as therapeutic as this forum). I have a teen and preteen. My partner, kids and I all have adhd. I also work in special education.

Yep, I have a 13yr old with ADHD. And I was also diagnosed with Adhd 5yrs ago. You are not alone, and wow some days I feel very alone!
