Hello there is an adhd reddit group that is great. Lots of great info I have garnered for myself and my kids.
Start with the I have ADHD podcast by Kristin carder!! And her program. So far I have only done the podcast - I love it. Also the adhd women’s wellbeing podcast, and adhd for smart ass women podcast.
