Toronto support group?

Does anyone know of any in-person caregiver support groups in Toronto? I’m new to this journey of parenting ag ADHD kid and feeling really alone and overwhelmed.

Hi,

I don't know if any in-person support groups, but I just wanted to come and tell you that you're not alone and many of us here have probably felt the same way as you at a certain point.

I found online forums like this one was extremely helpful when I first started my journey and Facebook has support groups for parents supporting children with ADHD.

I love listening to ADDitude Magazine podcasts because they make me realize that our family is not the only one who struggles and that there are medical professionals out there who totally understand our challenges!

You’re not alone! 9.4% of American children are diagnosed ADHD.
