In person support groups for parents in Ottawa?

Both my wife and I are struggling with the level of effort required to support our son and are hoping to connect with other parents to share & learn.

I am, too. I’m in Colorado, but I recently reached out to an autism diagnosis clinic to try to organize an in-person group. They took my information and are giving it to new clients. I haven’t gotten anything together yet, but I’m hoping this summer we can meet up in a park or coffee shop.
